Pumpkin Orange Glitter

Hello lovelies!

Tomorrow is Halloween and it sucks that I haven't had any Halloween themed mani or any nail art so I decided to make swatches since I have quite a few polishes that are spooky appropriate. Episode 1 is for Blue Cross' Black Light Pumpkin Orange Glitter. I want to apologize for the poor picture quality this polish is so hard to photograph.

  • Color Description: A neon orange jelly base with iridescent glitters
  • Formula: This is fairly a quick drying glitter polish but I'm not quite a big fan of the formula, good thing it's not so thick it makes the application quite easy but tricky. It looks matte when dry.
  • Finish: Jelly/Glitter
  • Coat(s): 2 coats with top coat
  • Drying Time: Fast
My iPhone almost want to give up lol, this polish is so hard to photograph which are so common to neons. I really need a good camera, I want to produce good quality photos for my blog. Anyway, this polish is ok for me I like the color but I don't like the texture it's a little bumpy but thanks to seche vite top coat always does the job. Actually the color looks way brighter and striking in person and I really love the bottle it looks so cute. Overall I like this polish perfect for the Halloween.

Holo Orange by Kleancolor

Hello ladies!

I bought a couple of a local beauty store brand polishes last week and I'll be doing an individual swatch and review for them, so first I have here "Holo Orange by Kleancolor".

  • Color Description: An orange tinted sheer base packed with orange and holo micro glitters
  • Formula: It's a little bit on a thick side but application is never a problem, very easy to work with no streaks whatsoever, it feels gritty after drying so a shiny top coat is a must.
  • Finish: Sheer/Glitter
  • Coat(s): 3 coats for full opacity with top coat
  • Drying Time: A bit slow
Overall, I like this polish so sparkly on the nails and very true to color. This is also great for layering but it's still pretty wearing it alone, even though it stinks a little bit but you get what you paid for. It is indeed wallet friendly and at the same time worth having in my stash.

Stamping + Dots + Tips

Hello guys!

Yesterday I told my husband about the upcoming James Bond Collection from OPI and I showed him the 12 luxurious shades including the Limited Edition 18k gold leaf top coat from OPI as well, it is called The Man with the Golden Gun and I couldn't wait 'til October comes because he's going to get the whole collection including the gold top coat for me, since he's a big fan of James Bond, he's going to get himself the Golden Anniversary James Bond Movie Box set as well. So it's like we will both celebrate the James Bond 50th Anniversary together. So anyway guys, I just thought it would be nice to share to you how excited I am for October.

So moving on, today I made my 2nd stamping attempt and I have to say I did pretty well since my first attempt, there's quite a big improvement and I actually love it.

I used:

Base Color - Spoiled Jail Bait
Stamp - Spoiled Correction Tape
Tips & Dots - Spoiled Plenty of Fish In The Sea

I feel happy about this mani, I love how the colors look bright together. What do you think of my 2nd attempt guys? Yay or nay?

Spoiled by Wet n Wild Swatches

As I mentioned on my post yesterday I will be making swatches of my latest haul. So let me show you the swatches I've done today.

1. Paying With Platinum - a sheer duo-chrome polish, the color is like a foil gun metal gray with purple and green flashes. I love the formula it glides smoothly into your nails during application. I applied 3 coats for this one since it is sheer. The first coat appears to be a sheer silver with a hint of purple sheen and I notice just a tad bit of streaks, so not really a big of a deal. I totally love this polish.

2. Plenty Of Fish In The Sea - a vibrant blue shimmer with a glowing teal sheen. Once again the formula is very nice it applies smoothly with little streaks which is usual to shimmer polishes. This is my second favorite from the bunch. I applied two coats for this one.

3. Permission To Proceed - is a green jelly polish which I though at first is creme. Now I even more love the formula of this one. I applied 2 coats.

4. Jail Bait - a neon orange jelly polish which I really love. I applied 2 coats.

5. I Tripped On The Red Carpet - a smooth red polish with a little bit of pink shimmer. This is my favorite out of the bunch with a cool name. I thought the color is sexy and elegant. The formula is very good. I applied 2 coats.

So these are my swatches for Spoiled Nail Polish, I didn't bother to make a swatch for the Correction Tape since it's just a plain creme white polish anyway. Guys, I definitely recommend these colors and this brand. The formula is very good, I read some reviews about this brand regarding the brushes they seem to have a problem with it, but I don't. For the price wise, it's economically cheap which is really surprising of how good this brand is. So let me know what you think about the swatches and which of the colors you would like to have.

Until next time lovelies ^_^
