Blue Satin by Kleancolor

This is going to be the last of the Kleancolor that I'll be swatching and then I'll move on to Nanacoco. What I have for you today is Blue Satin by Kleancolor.

  • Color Description: I would describe it as a dull navy blue jelly base with purple undertone packed with subtle glass flecks, few holo bars and holo glitters.
  • Formula: I really like the formula not thick or runny just in the right consistency which makes the application so easy.
  • Finish: Jelly Glitter
  • Coat(s): 2 coats for full opacity with top coat
  • Drying Time: Fast
I think this polish is unique on its own, I like that the holo bars and glitters are not densely packed. The glitters and glass flecks looked subtle on your nails which makes it unique and I think this is one of my favorites from this brand.

Holo Chrome by Kleancolor

Hello ladies!

This is a continuation of my individual swatches for local beauty store brands I picked up last week, they're Kleancolor and Nanacoco, for some reason underrated brands interests me because you don't see them often or they're not as popular as the mainstream brands. So what I have for you today is "Holo Chrome" by Kleancolor.

  • Color Description: A blurple jelly base packed with metallic silver and holo glitters
  • Formula: Like the Holo Orange it's a bit thick but application was never an issue, it glides smoothly and evenly. Just make sure not to apply thick coats because it tends to goop.
  • Finish: Jelly/Glitter
  • Coat(s): 2 coats for full opacity with top coat
  • Drying Time: A bit slow

As I mentioned on my last post with Holo Orange they're both great for layering, as you can see in the photo above. Holo Chrome over Black (Jordana) on my index and middle finger and Holo Orange over  Tangy (Jordana) on my ring and pinky finger. I love layering they elevate boring to pretty colors in a whole different dimension. Pretty much I love Holo Chrome and in fact I like it better than Holo Orange when it comes to wearing it alone because the base is more opaque, but kid you not I really don't like the smell. But despite that downside aspect I still like this brand they do have a lot of great colors.

Hope you like my swatch and review for today and until next time lovelies :)

Holo Orange by Kleancolor

Hello ladies!

I bought a couple of a local beauty store brand polishes last week and I'll be doing an individual swatch and review for them, so first I have here "Holo Orange by Kleancolor".

  • Color Description: An orange tinted sheer base packed with orange and holo micro glitters
  • Formula: It's a little bit on a thick side but application is never a problem, very easy to work with no streaks whatsoever, it feels gritty after drying so a shiny top coat is a must.
  • Finish: Sheer/Glitter
  • Coat(s): 3 coats for full opacity with top coat
  • Drying Time: A bit slow
Overall, I like this polish so sparkly on the nails and very true to color. This is also great for layering but it's still pretty wearing it alone, even though it stinks a little bit but you get what you paid for. It is indeed wallet friendly and at the same time worth having in my stash.

Welcoming Fall

Hello lovelies!

I'm so frustrated with our internet connection, can't do no jack with the computer without internet. So right now I'm trying this blogger app on my iPhone, hope this one works fine. I don't have a choice but to use my data and I don't actually like using data because it makes the bill go up high. Well what can I do, it won't stop me from blogging and posting my mani. Since fall is officially here, I thought of doing a mani to welcome the lovely fall.

Here's what I did earlier today.

I used:

Base Color - Tangy by Jordana
Stamp Design - Metallic Mango & Retro Green by Kleancolor
Tips - Metallic Pink by Kleancolor
Top Coat - Seche Vite

What do you think girls? Is it fall appropriate? Let me know love to hear your thoughts. By the way I finally added social media buttons on my sidebar. I would appreciate if you can also follow me through facebook, twitter, pinterest, google+ and instagram.

See you next time guys.

Stamping OK! Tips Tacky :(

Hello ladies!

Yayy it's Friday but same old same old for me, still a laid back day. How's your Friday so far? I've been stressed these last few days, I don't know what happen to my sleeping routine the other day I fell asleep at 4:00 am woke up at 7:00 am exhausted and I still want to go back to sleep but I couldn't. I just want to sleep at normal hours gosh! But anyway it'll probably be back to normal I hope. Moving on, I did this mani yesterday and it didn't turn out as I expected and I feel sad about it. I was actually thinking not to post this, but don't have anything to post so I give it a go. I did stamping and french tips and I wished I haven't added the tips it made my mani looks tacky.

I used:

Base Color - Plenty of Fish In The Sea by Spoiled
Stamp Color - Retro Green by Kleancolor
Free Hand French Tips - Pastel Yellow by Kleancolor
Stamp Design - MASH Plate #21

I still need more practice with the stamping, sometimes it looks crooked after transferring. Have a great weekend guys and see you next time.

Dark & Bold

Hello lovelies!

I've been pushing myself to be fit and I'm really glad that I am starting to really take this seriously been starting doing exercise lately and my legs are sore all over, well I guess it's true they say "no pain no gain".

So my mani for today is my third attempt of water marbling, gosh I've been trying to really do good with water marbling but it seems that I can only do a little bit good. I took a bold choice of colors it's dark and vampy and I like how it makes my hands look lighter.

I used:

Spoiled - I Tripped On The Red Carpet
Kleancolor - Retro Green

The design on my left hand looks better than my right hand

What do you think guys? Did I nailed it ^____^? Or do it look tacky? Let me know, I would love to hear your thoughts.

Fishtail Braids Attempt

Hey guys!

I haven't been so productive with my posts lately, our internet service have been acting up and it just gets on my nerves. So it has been a movie time almost everyday. So what I have for today is my first attempt of fishtail braids that is so trendy nowadays.

I used:

Base Color - Kleancolor Metallic Pink
Braids - OPI Pink Friday
              Kleancolor Metallic Pink
              Spoiled Correction Tape

It's a little bit decent, the lines are not straight at all did it with free hand. So I'm a little bit happy about it.

Girls off topic, I have to share this movie that we've seen the other day. If you're husband and boyfriend haven't seen this movie yet, I recommend that you should mention this to them. This is so far the best action packed movie I've seen in years it's an Indonesian action martial arts movie called "The Raid" the American title is The Raid: Redemption. I'm sure they're going to love this movie and if you're into brutal action movies as well, this movie is for you.

Until next time lovelies :)

My First Stamping

Hello guys!

I was about to post this yesterday but I got caught up with some stuff but better late that never. So finally, I got these stuff on my mail yesterday was so happy.

25 MASH Stamping Plates, Stamper & Scraper and Dotting Tools

And then I got excited and tried a first stamped mani for the first time.

I used:

Base Color - OPI Fly
Stamp Color - Kleancolor Pastel Yellow

My Left Hand

My Right Hand

The stamping wasn't so good not bad either, considering it's my first time and needs to practice more. So far I don't have problems with the designs they were all pretty and interesting and they transfer pretty much well on the nails during stamping the only thing that I don't like about it, the full nail designs are too little for my thumb nail. Let me show you.

Lol! See how little it is, it didn't fit on my whole entire thumb nail
I will be doing more stamping manis later on to let you guys see their designs. So for now, that's about it. See you guys next time and take care lovelies :).

NOTD: Dots The Way It Is

I am really anxious for my package to come, I thought I'm going to have on my mail today but I guess I'll have to wait next week. About the package they are MASH Stamping Plates, Stamper and Scraper and Dotting Tools so that's why I'm really excited. So I just decided to do my nails. I have to say I don't like it that much, I don't know maybe because I put too much colors for the dots and excuse the smudges, the metallic polish tend to smudge easily.

I used:

Base Color - Spoiled Correction Tape
Dots - Spoiled I Tripped On The Red Carpet
Spoiled Plenty Of Fish In The Sea
           Spoiled Permission To Proceed
           Kleancolor Metallic Mango

I hate the smudges it makes the mani looks tacky huhu! Even though it's a bit of a fail, I still wanted to share this with you guys.

Retro Green + Holo Pinky Glitter

Hello guys!

I'm excited to share with you my mani for today. I guess I won't be writing as much coz I feel kinda lazy :P

I used:

Iriscolor Pinky Glitter & Kleancolor Retro Green

So first up my base color, Kleancolor's Retro Green and I have to say I really had a hard time taking pictures just to get the shade of green from this one. It always look navy blue on the pictures but anyway, it is a dark blue green color and when it hits the light you can see the dark green shimmer. I guess you know what I'm talking about right. And what I really love about this polish, it is a one-coat wonder.

Then I layered it with Pinky Glitter, and I must tell you this polish surprised me. I really love the holo effect it is perfect with the base color that I picked. Let me show you with the pictures below.

This is so far my favorite mani that I did. What do you think guys? Love it or hate it? Let me know.

Kleancolor's Metallic Mango & Pastel Yellow

I really suck doing introductions, so finally today I'm posting my first two random swatches for Kleancolor's Metallic Mango & Pastel Yellow which I mentioned on my first ever blog post.

First I have here Metallic Mango, a shimmery copper orange with a foil effect. At first I didn't really liked it but when I noticed the effect when the light hits my nails it gave a dramatic glow to the color so I realized that it is a beauty after all and I should say this color is perfect for fall/autumn. If I have to rate this polish from 1-5, I'd say 4. I love the formula and the fact that with one coat it is already opaque the only downside about this brand is the odor, I don't like the way it smells so that's why I'd give it 4 out of 5.

I applied 2 coats of Metallic Mango

And then I have the Pastel yellow which is basically a pretty light yellow creme polish. I really love this color, it is sweet, perfect for the summer and also pastel is really trendy nowadays. The only problem that I have is I don't know if it's the formula or my application? That I have to apply 3 coats and still have visible nail lines but despite that I still love the color. I will rate this polish 4 out of 5 because of the odor.

I applied 3 coats of Pastel Yellow

So guys let me know your thoughts about my swatches today. Would you wear these colors?
